Tell us about your company…
We are a local family owned Arizona company. We rent beautiful specialty linens to make any event more special and unique, customizing it to your style and tastes. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our quality linens.
How did you get started with your business?
We worked for a large national company and in 2008 we were let go due to the recession so we started our own company!
What makes your different from other businesses in the field?
ME!! Ha-ha just kidding. Our entire inventory is in Arizona so you don’t have to worry about something not making it in for your wedding and it is all hung on hangers and in bags clean and ready to go for your tables.
Why do you like working with weddings?
I love working with brides because there are no do overs on your wedding day. I want to make sure that our small part of the wedding is exactly as you envisioned it.
What was the most difficult situation you have faced with a client and how did you resolve it?
A bride had changed her colors after she had met with us and never let us know so when we came to set up she happened to be in the room and almost had a panic attack. She pulled up her order and quickly realized her mistake. We went back to the warehouse and changed out the color and the say was saved!!
From a vendor’s perspective, what’s the best piece of advice you can give to engaged couples?
Hire a planner from the very beginning to take all the stress off you on your wedding day. It will be the best money you spend on the entire wedding.
What or who motivates you?
My clients motivate me to be the very best I can be.
What do you do when you are not working?
Scrapbook, sit outside and enjoy our backyard, volunteer at our church, help friends with anything they have going on and RELAX!
What would we be surprised to learn about you?
That I have been doing nothing but Linens for the past 25 years and I still learn something just about every day about weddings.
