Shilpa and Vijay chose the perfect location in the heart of Scottsdale’s Old Town, Hotel Valley Ho. September 28th, 2019 was the day their guests will always remember.

The Day They Said “I Do”

It was a day like any other, the sun was shining, the flowers were as colorful as ever, and Shilpa was more than excited to get the day started. The parasols were laid out for guests to block the Arizona sun from hitting them during the ceremony. The mandap was in perfect harmony with the golds, pinks, oranges and reds. And the Kulfi was out and ready to be happily enjoyed. LightRain Images couldn’t stop snapping photos of it all! Shilpa looked absolutely breathtaking in both her ceremony and her reception Lehengas. It was a good thing Vijay’s face was covered while Shilpa walked down the aisle. Otherwise he definitely would have shed a few tears at the sight of his bride approaching the mandap.

The Reception

The wedding of Shilpa and Vijay’s at Hotel Valley Ho was a night filled with so much love, an amazing family, wonderful friends. Throughout the evening, performances, dancing, many laughs, and stories were shared. This emphasized how perfect these two are for each other. After dinner, DJ Isaac kept the party going until the early morning hours. With a timeless blue and gold color palette, this elegant affair was exactly how Shilpa and Vijay wanted to remember their wedding day.
