Push Play Entertainment features Modern DJ’s, Master of Ceremonies and Live Musicians.  Since 2002 we have specialized in making people dance by working closely with our clients to create customized playlists that reflect their taste.  We believe that perfectly planned and well–timed beats that appeal to every partygoer is the perfect way to keep your event energized!

How did you get started in the wedding business?

We got started in the Wedding business simply by attending a horrible Wedding and knowing that we could do a better job.  We knew that people deserved a positive planning experience with someone who truly valued them and their vision for their Wedding. With that we decided to start learning and building our experience to offer exceptional service in the Wedding industry.

What makes you different from other businesses in the field?

What sets us apart from others is that we are very passionate about being involved in the planning process for each couple’s Big Day.  It’s important to us that they know they are not just another number in our book but a unique couple that has a perfect vision for their day.  It is our job to come alongside them and their team of vendors to create that atmosphere they have been dreaming of.

Why do you like working with weddings?

We enjoy Weddings more than any other event because we get to share in one of the best days of their lives.  We work so closely with them over the coming months that we feel as if we are a part of the celebration.  It is so fun to see it all come together and to see the joy and laughter that fills the room. 

What was the most difficult situation you have faced with a client and how did you resolve it?

I would say the most difficult situation that we have been faced with recently was when a client’s limo service told them they would not be able to return at the end of the evening to pick them up. As you can imagine this is the last thing you want to deal with on your Wedding day.  We stepped up and worked with the venue coordinator to find a new limo service to be there at the end of the night. It was really great because we were able to put our heads together as a team behind the scenes to take care of the problem and nothing skipped a beat.  Everyone still had a wonderful time, the Bride & Groom didn’t have to worry about it and the limo was there to pick them up at the end of the night.

From a vendor’s perspective, what’s the best piece of advice you can give to engaged couples?

Have fun with the planning process, try not to get overwhelmed and hire a Wedding Planner / Coordinator.  Wedding planning should be one of the most fun and enjoyable times of your life but it is also very detail oriented.  Having someone on your team that is experienced and can help you bring all of your ideas together and keep everything organized is important.  It allows you to focus on all the fun stuff and let them handle all the logistics and details.

What or who motivates you?

I think what motivates us most is all the amazing industry professionals that we get to work with.  They are always coming up with new ideas and it is so fun to figure out what we can do that is different and unique to come alongside them and be trend setters!

What do you do when you are not working?

When we are not working we are spending time with our family.  We particularly like to take our 4 year old son out to do fun things around town. 

What would we be surprised to learn about you?

I think that you would be surprised to know that we also film, edit and produce a local television program. Media, graphics and music are all in our area of passion!
