The goal of this package is to make sure you enjoy the entire day to the fullest. While you are sneaking kisses somewhere with your now husband and enjoying the moment, you can rest assure that your family and friends are being tended to. We will be behind the scenes ensuring you have a relaxed and blissful wedding day experience.
As a very important bride, Apropos Creations is giving you this special and stress-free package.
This consists of:
- Assisting you in coordinating the rehearsal, one (1) hour
- Assume the wedding planning responsibilities three (3) weeks prior to the wedding date
- Comprehensive Day of Coordination with an Associate Planner, up to six (6) hours
- Facilitate event flow from the ceremony to cocktails to dinner to dancing
- Cue wedding party and vendors throughout the services
- Work with venue staff throughout the event to ensure all issues are attended to
- Setup décor and wedding accessories
- Reasonable email and phone communication
- Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
- Liaison between the facility staff, vendors, and families
- Work with all vendors to ensure timeline and clients’ wishes are followed
- Provide wedding day emergency kit
- Handle any and all problems that arise
